TZU CHI 138 19 In June this year, Malaysia implemented a full movement control order, again affecting the livelihood of many people, especially the vulnerable groups, like the refugees. There were cases of refugees being evicted from their rented homes due to unsettled rents, while some faced food insecurity. As such, Tzu Chi KL & Selangor launched a Food Care project for refugees in mid- August, presenting cash vouchers to needy families so that they could redeem food at designated mini-markets.
