Ingredients: Chickpeas .......................... 250 g Seasonings: Lemon juice ............ 30 to 60 ml Tahini ................................ 3 tbsp Water ......................... 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil ............................ 2 tbsp Cumin powder.................... ½ tsp Preparation: 1. Soak the chickpeas overnight. 2. Steam the chickpeas and remove the outer skin. 3. In a food processor, combine the steamed chickpeas and seasonings and blend into a fine puree. 4. Pair the hummus with any ingredients you like.
