Steam the washed rice and lemongrass together for about 30 minutes until the rice is half-cooked. Transfer the rice to a bowl. 2. Mix all seasonings in a bowl, then add the half-cooked rice and toss to combine evenly. 3. Continue steaming the rice over medium heat for about 15 minutes. 4. Pack the cooked rice into a mould and lightly press to flatten. Place a serving plate over the mould and turn it upside down. Turmeric rice Indonesian Turmeric Rice
