TZU CHI 129 41 The 13th TCSA (Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards) prize-giving ceremony, organized by the Taiwan Academy of Corporate Sustainability, was held at the Grand Hotel in Taipei on November 18, 2020. 252 corporations participated, reflecting a 28% rise from last year’s total. Tzu Chi Foundation won the Corporate Sustainability ReportAward (Gold) [the governmental and non-profit sector] and the Best Practices Award (the Social Inclusion award) with the Tzu Chi Foundation Sustainability Report 2018-2019 . This is the first year Tzu Chi participated and it also emerged as the only award-winning charity organization in Taiwan. Taiwan 2020.11.18 TCSA: Tzu Chi Awarded the Corporate Sustainability Report Award The 6th Tzu Chi Forum, themed “Future Earth and Green Initiatives”, was held on November 14, 2020, at Xindian Tzu- Chi Jing Si Hall in Taiwan. The two-day forum consisted of four keynote speeches, five discussion sessions and four action summits. It attracted participants from the industry, government and academic sectors, religious foundations, non-profit organizations, environmental groups, Tzu Chi volunteers and other attendees who are passionate about environmental protection and global sustainability. The main objective of the forum was to interact, discuss, reach a consensus and act collectively on a series of green initiatives, thereby creating a promising future for the Earth. In the face of the pandemic, Master Cheng Yen compassionately expressed, “We humans must begin to come to our senses. Hurry up.
