Ingredients A: Jing-Si black rice powder 200 g Jing-Si red bean powder 100 g Cane sugar 50 g Ingredients B: Walnuts 100 g Hot water 350 ml Preparation: 1. Combine ingredients A. 2. Slowly add hot water and knead the dough until it is elastic. 3. Add walnuts and mix evenly. 4. Transfer to a plate, flatten and cut the pastry into small pieces.
