Ingredients: Jing-Si multigrain noodles .......... 1 bundle Basil ................................................... 50 g Jing-Si mixed nuts .............................. 30 g Olive oil .............................. in moderation Lettuce ................................ in moderation Cherry tomatoes (as garnish) ..... in moderation Seasonings: Salt ........................................ in moderation Black pepper ......................... in moderation Preparation: 1. Add noodles into boiling water and cook over high heat for approximately 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2. Blend mixed nuts, basil, olive oil and seasonings to make the pesto sauce. 3. Heat the pesto sauce in a frying pan. Add the cooked noodles to the pan andmix well.
