For every good thought we have, we will have one less bad thought. If we can change our bad habits, then we will surely be able to cultivate good habits. People say, “Catastrophe hides in inconspicuous places.” All negative karma arises from a single moment of carelessness. Therefore, we must pay close attention to our thoughts at all times.
