49 TZU CHI 120 Ingredients: Matsutake mushrooms ....... 100 g (diced) Potatoes ............................... 10 potatoes Shiitake mushrooms ....... 3 stalks (diced) Red bell pepper ........... ½ portion (diced) Green bell pepper ........ ½ portion (diced) Dressing: Salad dressing .............................. 270 g Butter ............................................... 12 g Red chilli paste ................................. 8 g Basil leaves ....................................... 8 g Condensed milk ............................ 1 can Lemon ....................................... 1 lemon (serves 10) Stuffed Potatoes 1. Garnish the stuffed potatoes as preferred. 2. Vegans may opt for vegan condensed milk and vegetable oil as substitute ingredients. Tips: Preparation: 1. Peel and halve the potatoes. Scoop out the insides of the potato halves to resemble bowls. 2. Fry the emptied potato halves until golden brown. 3. Fry the shiitake mushrooms until fragrant and add the diced bell peppers. Lastly, add the matsutake mushrooms and let the ingredients stew. 4. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt to taste. 5. Fill the potato “bowls” with the cooked ingredients. 6.
