57 TZU CHI 118 Main ingredients: Vegetarian fish .......... 1 roll (sliced into 10 portions) Unripe mango ........... ½ portion (shredded) Carrot ........................ in moderation (shredded) Mint leaves ............... in moderation Peanuts ...................... in moderation (crushed) Sesame ...................... in moderation Cherry tomatoes ....... in moderation (cut into halves) Cucumber ................. 1 portion sliced, 1 portion shredded (serves 8-10) Preparation: 1. Fry the vegetarian fish slices until golden brown over medium heat and set aside on a plate. 2. Blend the ingredients for the Thai-style sauce into liquid form. Add the shredded mango, cucumber and carrot to the sauce and mix well. 3. Pour the sauce onto the fried vegetarian fish slices and sprinkle sesame and crushed peanuts on top. Garnish with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and mint leaves, then serve.
