56 2020 • 01 ecipe Ingredients: Cauliflower ................................... 300 g (cut into chunks) Instant oats ..................................... 100 g Pandan leaf ................................. 1 blade (cut into segments) Lettuce ............................. in moderation Seasonings: Crispy flour ................................... 200 g Water ........................................... 100 ml Cooking oil ........ 3 cups for deep-frying ................................... 2 tbsp for cooking Fine salt ........................... in moderation Pepper .............................. in moderation (serves 8-10) Cereal Cauliflower “Prawns” Preparation: 1. Combine the crispy flour, one tablespoon of cooking oil and a moderate amount of water until the mixture forms a batter. 2. Coat the cauliflower chunks in the batter and fry until golden brown in three cups of oil over medium heat. Set aside on a plate. 3. Lightly fry the cut pandan leaf over low heat in one tablespoon of cooking oil until fragrant. Add instant oats and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Fry until fragrant over a slow fire. 4. Add the fried cauliflower chunks and fry for a few minutes, then serve.
