26 2019 • 12 The first certification ceremony of the year for overseas volunteers was held on October 26, 2019 at the Jing Si Hall in Hualien, Taiwan. The ceremony hosted volunteers from 13 countries and regions, including over 20 members from the alumni of the KL & Selangor Tzu Chi Collegiate Youth Association.
