57 TZU CHI 116 ecipe Preparation: 1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and cut into smaller pieces if necessary. 2. Blend the fruits and vegetables in a blender. 3. Add the coral seaweed, mixed nuts, black sesame, three treasure powder, lemon enzyme, lemon vinegar and liquid sea minerals to the blend. 4. Add water two-thirds the volume of the blender. Blend the mixture at normal speed twice, then blend at high speed for approximately 1 minute. Use organic ingredients if possible. The three treasure powder and liquid sea minerals are available at organic food stores. 2. Include fruits and vegetables of various colours.
