Tzu Chi KL & Selangor operates 85 recycling centres and 255 recycling points, with thousands of volunteers involved in recycling work monthly. In 2018, a total of 568,934 kg of plastic waste – the equivalent of 1,474,506 litres of crude oil – had been recycled across all recycling centres and points under the purview of Tzu Chi KL & Selangor.
