My daily routine involves retiring to bed at 9 or 10 p.m. andwaking up at 4.30 a.m. to attend theMaster’s Dharma lecture at dawn. On Monday mornings, I would volunteer at the ophthalmology department at the Hualien Tzu Chi Medical Centre; I spend my Tuesdays volunteering to clean the Jing Si Abode; Wednesdays are reserved for providing care to the elderly at the local community centre and Fridays for volunteering at the neighbourhood recycling centre.
