Ingredients: Japanese cucumber ............. 4 slices Brinjal ................................. 4 slices Seasonings: Jade green curry paste ............. 40 g Salad dressing ......................... 80 g Sesame ....................................... 3 g Vegetable oil ............ in moderation Preparation: 1. Slice the Japanese cucumber and brinjal lengthwise into thin strips. 2. Sauté the brinjal slices in vegetable oil. 3. Roll the slices of Japanese cucumber and brinjal into cylinders and secure in place with toothpicks. 4. Mix the jade green curry paste and salad dressing. 5. Spoon dollops of the sauce mixture into the salad rolls. Sprinkle some sesame on the rolls. Ready to serve. Ingredients: Cabbage ................................. 150 g Fresh mushrooms .................... 15 g Green bell pepper .................... 15 g Yellow bell pepper ................... 15 g Red bell pepper ........................ 15 g Ginger ........................................ 5 g Sauce: Jade green curry paste .......... 1 tbsp (to taste) Preparation: 1. Slice the cabbage and mushrooms. 2. Cut the green, yellow and red bell peppers into strips. 3. Shred the ginger and fry in some oil. 4. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms and fry till fragrant. 5. Add the cabbage and fry till cooked. 6. Add the jade green curry paste and fry well. Add soy sauce to taste if preferred. Ready to serve.
