Their results might be average, but we never compromise on training them to be disciplined. When the students arrive for class, they are expected to organize their shoes and bags neatly. They are also required to sweep the floor, arrange the desks and chairs and return items to their respective locations, as well as express their gratitude to their teachers by receiving gifts with both hands,” Quee Wah elaborated. Rome was not built in a day; initiating a positive change in the students’ attitude is a gradual process that takes time, catalysed by constant advice and encouragement. With this in mind, Quee Wah highlighted the importance of guiding the students in taking small, manageable steps towards progress and not deviate from the right path.
