When we work with others, there will always be conflicts. However, these conflicts are often escalated by people. For this reason, we must not pass on gossip or hearsay, but instead focus on dedicating ourselves to bringing out our full potential. The way we can do this is by giving of ourselves unconditionally and fulfilling our duty.
