eature from a Friendly Neighbourhood Inspiring Stories A block of apartments situated in the Taman Salak Selatan neighbourhood, located to the south of Kuala Lumpur, is a repository of stories of those who live within its walls. Its inhabitants might have come and gone over its history dating back more than half a century to 1968, but its brightly-painted facade has stood the test of time, a silent witness to the evolution of a city characterized by constant development. In 2006, one of its residents, Ng Mee Hong forged a connection to Tzu Chi, and has been spreading the spirit of kindness far and wide ever since.
