57 TZU CHI 110 ecipe Preparation: 1. Blanch the broccoli florets. 2. Dry-fry the sliced king oyster mushrooms. 3. Arrange the broccoli and king oyster mushrooms in a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes. 4. Heat up sesame oil and stir-fry the shredded ginger till fragrant. Add one bowl of water and season with soy sauce, mushroom powder and pepper. Thicken the sauce with potato starch. 5. Pour the sauce over the king oyster mushrooms and sprinkle some white and black sesame on top. Ready to serve.
