08 On March 18, Malaysia imposed the unprecedented MCO to curb the spread of Covid-19. As hospitals were in urgent need for face shields, shoe covers and other PPE, Tzu Chi volunteers set up production lines in their homes and communities to render support.When the thirdwave of outbreak hit in September, Tzu Chi continued to provide foldable beds, mattresses and other supplies besides helping in setting up isolation centres.
