The pure bliss of fizz and sweetness swirled within their months, cleansings and hydrating their singing palates. Their drinks were gulped down and it was as if ice spring waters cascaded down a waterfall. With newfound strength, the crowds proceeded to cheer while blaring their horns and waving around with their iridescent pom-poms. Despite the clamminess, everyone was unfazed. Everyone was fixated on the races and continued hollering in exhilaration, as if in a trance. Soon, the competitions ceased and the crowds were scattered along the fields, awaiting for the ending ceremony. Then, a voice boomed through the speaker, acknowledging all the winners awarding medals. The competitors proudly stood beside one another, displaying their gleaming and glittering rewards to the audience. Soon the triumphant house was to be announced by the headmaster. “First place goes to… BLUE!” Confetti of navy blue exploded in the air, releasing them. Shrieks resonated throughout the field while the winning house leaped around while embracing each other. The girls squealed excitedly and the housemaster raised the glass trophy in the air while brimming with joy. The treasure stood erect like a minute statue lifted up.
